These terms cover the 75 Ironclad application and this website during the private beta period.
Beta software
75 Ironclad 1.0 is distributed as pre-release software during a private beta. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Features, protocol options, and stored data formats may change between beta builds.
Not medical or fitness advice
75 Ironclad is a tracking and accountability tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, hydration, or fitness advice, and it does not evaluate whether a commitment is safe for you. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a strenuous exercise, diet, hydration, or wellness protocol, particularly if you have a medical condition or have been advised to limit activity or fluid intake.
Your record, your responsibility
Your protocol configuration, completions, notes, and progress photographs are stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and for exporting your record before removing the application or resetting your device. We cannot restore data that only existed on a device.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the application, and do not use it to store unlawful content. Beta access may be withdrawn at any time.
Independent product
75 Ironclad is an independent product. It is not sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or operated by any third-party discipline or fitness program, and no such affiliation is implied by any similarity in duration or structure.
Platform services
Distribution, device backup, notification delivery, and crash reporting provided at the platform level are governed by Apple's own terms rather than by this document.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as 75 Ironclad moves from private beta to public release. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
